By subscribing to Fronto ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Fronto provides AI-powered receptionist software for small businesses, including live voice answering, automated text-back for missed calls, and appointment booking assistance. The Service is delivered via cloud software and operates over phone networks.
2. Subscription & Billing
Fronto is offered on a monthly subscription basis. You will be billed on a recurring monthly cycle from the date of your initial payment. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@getfronto.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Fronto only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Impersonate any person or business fraudulently
- Collect information without proper consent
5. Limitation of Liability
Fronto is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed calls, lost revenue, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
