We want you to be satisfied with Fronto. Here's how refunds work.
Monthly Subscriptions
All monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but we do not issue partial refunds for unused days in the current billing period.
Setup & Onboarding
There are no setup fees. If we are unable to get your AI receptionist live within 48 hours of onboarding, you will not be charged for your first month.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
- The Service was completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@getfronto.com with your name, the email address associated with your subscription, and the reason for your request. We respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.
