Fronto ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Business name, phone number, and contact email when you sign up
- Call logs and conversation transcripts generated by the AI receptionist
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)
How We Use Your Information
- To operate and improve the Fronto service
- To send you lead summaries and call notifications
- To process billing and manage your subscription
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers required to operate Fronto (Twilio for phone, OpenAI for AI, Stripe for billing), all of whom are bound by their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
Call logs and transcripts are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
